Merry Crazy Christmas

We love Christmas Day!  The past three Christmases as marrieds have included very early mornings with the two of us, mornings with the Collier crew, mid-mornings with the Holmes family, lunch with the whole Collier gang (also known as the Crusin’ Collier Club), late lunch with the Johnsons (Grandma Deloris, Grandpa Clark, and fam), afternoon movie (Sherlock Holmes this year) with Colliers, again to the Holmes house, night games at the Collier Residence, and finally the next morning (1:30 or 2:00am) sleep time in our comfy bed!

So crazy, but so fun.  This year we even had Grandma and Grandpa Dance with us!  I couldn’t capture all the fun on camera, but here are a few snapshots:

This is some of the fun stuff that Mamacita gave us.  She is much too generous when it comes to the gift-giving.  We love it all though—thanks Mom!

Some of the crew.  We had Grammy, Gramps, Mike, Sequoia, and Justin joining us as well this Christmas…it made it even more fun!

LOVE these girls…especially when they’re all gooey from “Grandma” Cid’s famous sticky buns.

This is the fun chair that Bob and Cid gave us.  It’s super comfy!

Gangsta thug, what?!

Sorry to post so many pictures, but I feel like I need to have these all documented since it is CHRISTMAS!  Thank you everyone for making this Christmas Day just as special as the last one and the one before.  We love you!

Grammy and Gramps

We went to a Jazz vs. Lakers game with Grandma and Grandpa Dance.  It was sooooo fun!  And the Jazz WON!  Here are a few pics:

Grandma and Grandpa are so much fun!

Giving Thanks…for at least 1 day of nice weather

For the Thanksgiving holiday, we went with the Collier Family to San Diego.  It was gorgeous the first 2 days, but the weather went way downhill from there.  Here are some of our adventures:

This is what we did on day 1&2

This is what Jonny did while the girls went shopping…Did I mention he was at the Sony Store?

Shamoo, Shamoo (at Sea World)

This Atlantis ride was SO fun, but I got S-O-A-K–E-D because Cam and I were the only ones that would sit in the front.  Notice Heather and Ashley with their heads covered.

New Moon With Cristy

Cristy and I were going to go to a dance concert, but we had a slight change of plans when we both were dying to see New Moon.  Just to let you know…it was worth it!  p.s. I’m definitely team JACOB (even though I still love Edward).  And I may have lost my breath when he took his shirt off…

*Jonny went to the movie with me the next week, and I’m not sure he liked it as much as I did…maybe because Bella didn’t take off her shirt in the movie.  Haha!

I took the walk. Anaheim, CA

Huntington Beach, the girlies, Hanson, and Disneyland!  We took a little weekend vacation and had way more fun than we should be allowed to have.  The only thing missing was my favorite hubby.

060

YES!  This is my favorite musician in the entire WORLD!  I’ve been in love with Hanson since 4th grade, and on Wednesday I not only attended their concert, but I got to meet them.

Hanson loves helping the people without shoes in Africa, so they do this thing where a group of people walk a mile barefoot with no shoes on.  This is Ash and I afterwards:)

Here’s a few pics of us having tons of fun in The Happiest Place On Earth!  I love it there.

Erica’s 1st Baby Shower

My favorite cousin Erica is having a little baby boy so Heather and I decided to throw a family baby shower for her.  Thanks to everyone who came…we had tons of fun!

Cute book that Heather made for baby Sawyer.  Everyone wrote a note to baby or mom and we put them in the book. (Heather is so creative!)

Halloween and Black Out!!!

This year for Halloween, we didn’t go to a party or state home for the Trick-or-Treaters, but we did get to carve pumpkins and go the Ute’s game.  Jonny spent a long time carving these amazing pumpkins!  Jonny loves to carve pumpkins and they all look pretty good.

Jonny doesn’t really carve traditional pumpkins.  He always carves some of his favorite things.  Naturally, there are two batman pumpkins and a Red Sox pumpkin.  I carved the skeleton because it was the easiest one.  We’re glad that when we came home from the Ute’s game nobody smashed them.

IMGP0021

This is Jonny and me at Rice-Eccles stadium for the Blackout game,  Don’t worry, Jonny brought a black coat so he didn’t stick out.  It was just too hot at the first of the game.  We love the Utes and they beat Wyoming 22-10.

IMGP0023

Yes, I just couldn’t get enough Ute football for the night, so after we got home from the game, I put on Jonny’s comfy Utes P.J.s and sweatshirt.  (p.s. Jonny posted this picture much to my protesting!)
